Hi! My name is Mazdad Mirza. I’m a 28-year-old Parsi Male and I work as a Marketing Manager at a staffing firm. I’m currently looking for a place to stay in Delhi.

A little about me—I don’t smoke or drink, but I’m completely comfortable if my flatmates do. I also have no issues with pets; in fact, I absolutely love them.

I’ve spent most of my life living in hostels, so I’m very used to sharing spaces, respecting boundaries, and being considerate of others. I’ve also lived independently, so I understand the importance of keeping common areas and my room clean and organized.

The only thing worth mentioning is that I’m currently on a fitness journey. I eat a non-vegetarian diet for my nutrition, including eggs and chicken, and I also exercise in my room from time to time. That said, I’ll always be respectful of your religious beliefs, dietary preferences, and house rules, and I’ll make sure my habits don’t inconvenience anyone.
