Hi! I’m a 37-year-old Data Scientist and AI Developer who works primarily from home. I’m married, but I’ll be living on my own, so I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I keep a fairly quiet lifestyle, don’t smoke, and value open communication and mutual respect. Most of my time is spent working, reading, or exploring new AI technologies, so I’m not much of a party person.
