Your space is yours. All I need is a generally peaceful environment during the day so I can focus on my studies. Cleanliness: I’m big on hygiene. I expect common areas (kitchen and washrooms) to be kept clean and chores to be split fairly. Social: Down for a good chat over tea during study breaks, but I completely respect personal space and privacy.
