Everyone is either working or studying full-time, so weekdays are generally quiet, and we’re mindful of shared spaces. We keep things tidy, pay bills on time, and communicate openly if anything comes up.

At the same time, we’re warm and approachable—happy to chat, share a meal now and then, or help out if needed, while also respecting personal space 🏡. We don’t host loud parties, we’re considerate of neighbors, and we take good care of the home as if it were our own.
