I’m looking for a 1BHK (up to ₹15,000) or a 2BHK (up to ₹25,000) in Dwarka or nearby areas, preferably around Dwarka Sector 21 and within convenient access to the Sector 21 Metro / Airport Express Line.
📍 Preferred areas: Dwarka Sector 21, 22, 23, 23A, 24 and other nearby sectors/areas with good connectivity to Sector 21.
🏠 Requirement: • 1BHK – up to ₹15K • 2BHK – up to ₹25K • Preferably pre-occupied / semi-furnished • Clean, safe and decent residential locality • Good metro connectivity • Open to sharing a 2BHK with a suitable flatmate
