We are looking for 1 male flatmate for independent room with attached washroom in a fully furnished spacious and well-ventilated 3-BHK flat in Sector 51 at first floor in a gated society. The room comes with attached washroom, AC, Bed, Mattresses and cupboard. The flat is also equipped with a washing machine, RO, Fully-functional kitchen (with chimney and Hob), fridge, led, microwave, inverter, geyser, dining set and Sofa set with centre table etc.

1. Rent: Rs.20,000/- (Available from 1st July)
2. Security Amount: Rs.40,000/-
3. ⁠ Maintenance charges Rs.1,000/- which include Water charges, Security Guard Charges, Stairs Cleaning and Garbage picking from door etc.
4. Salary of cook, maid, Gas will be equally divided among 3 flatmates.

Please note that the flat is available from 1st July. We believe in dividing all the expenses equally and looking for a flatmate who respects privacy and maintains cleanliness.

I am the owner of property. Other people living in the property are 2 well-behaved males staying in their respective rooms
