I’m Somil, and me + one other friend are looking for 1 more male flatmate to join us in a 3BHK apartment in Ardee city sector 52 Gurgaon. Moving in date: June 1

Some info:

Rent: 60k split equally in three

Brokerage: Half month (30k split in three)

Deposit: 2 months rent (refundable + can be paid over two months - not at once)

Included: AC in every room plus living room, washing machine, fridge, cylinder, microwave, inverter

The house is in a pretty great location, near Ardee mall. No restrictions at all. The available room has a large balcony attached as well. The bed currently pictured would be replaced by the owner before moving in.
