I’m looking for a female roommate for my 3rd‑floor flat, available from July 2026.

• Eligibility: Preferably someone working full‑time and comfortable in a non‑vegetarian household.

• Commitment: Minimum stay of 6 months required (to avoid short‑term exits; if you leave early, without notice, full month rent will be deducted)

•Rent & Costs (per person cost added) - Rent (8500) + house help (1250) + internet - 457.25 + electricity approx (150) = 10,357.2

Note: I have not included groceries in the above as this depends on consumption.

• Important: Please check the location properly and consider the distance to and from your workplace before deciding. If commute is a concern, this may not be the right fit.

• Food & Groceries: Shared arrangement.

• Flat Details: Fully furnished with my furniture. You’ll need to arrange your own bed.

• Other Info: The flat is ready to move in. Details can be discussed and finalized during your visit.

I’m currently working so I’m looking for the same kind. I’m very straightforward, I keep the place clean, I’m punctual with payments, and I prefer clear rules so there’s no confusion. I’ve dealt with irresponsible roommates before, so I’m particular about having things sorted from day one. No leaving mid month; in case you do and it’s without notice, one months rent will be deducted.
