The property is located in Ashte gaon Panvel, in a convenient and safe neighborhood with easy access to nearby essentials. The room isn’t furnished at the moment, but that also means you can decorate and arrange it to your own style. It’s a nice space with good natural light and a comfortable vibe overall. We can also rent furniture if needed, I already have some contacts for that, so setting things up would be pretty easy.

The total monthly expense would be around ₹12,000–13,000, which would be divided between us, so it’s pretty manageable.
