About the room

I require a roomate for my 2bhk flat. It already has washing machine , fridge, a mattress, a TVand many other facilities for future roommate. she will be having her own personal space with sofa and all other stuffs and the flat is in ground floor and every bank, shopping complexes or shop for any need is at walkable distance. The area is very safe with police patroling and no chance of water entry during rainy season.

About the roomies

Me and my other roomate both are 2nd year btech student. We have already been living here for 1 year. But we need a 3rd roomate. We are very conscious of hygiene and giving others there personal space.
