Only females, 2.5 BHK,First floor with terrace, Fully furnished except TV, with wifi. Available room has lots of storage space, attached bathroom and a study/work room. Lots of windows, fully ventilated, shops are very close for daily groceries. Gas and EB is the only additional household expense. 2 people can share the room, there are 2 beds. I have moved here 2 months ago, its a peacefull place to stay. The neighbours are all famalies, so just have to be mindful od that.. The owner stays in the ground floor, and is chill about friends visiting. But overnight stay is not allowed. Dm for more info
About the roomies
South Indian - tamil. Been in Chennai for almost 7 years. Working for 2 years now. Mostly WFH. I cook for myself, open to cookinf together too. I rarely smoke and drink. Love cats and dogs, there a 2 cats around the house that i try to feed regularly. I mostly keep to myself. Dm to know more. If we vibe, Great!
