Location: Sector 69 Gurgaon Looking for a male roommate (preferably Gay) for my PG, should be a non-smoker and who does not snore (these 2 are non negotiable), preferably someone who like a quiet place. (Plus point if you are into gym and anime). Can’t not share room with someone unfit or fat

• I am paying 9500, plus a one time security of 6000 (should be same for you as well )
• Two-wheeler parking is available
• 2 time meal on weekdays and 3 time on weekends.
• Room have attached bathroom with a geezer.
• Separate wardrobe for each occupant
• Common study table for the room.
• Each floor have common fridge
• washing machines are also available
• PG also provides eriksha to Tulip chowk as well.
• Tulip chowk is 1.5km away so is the cult gym.
• 2 time room get clean ( included in rent)

I am a working professional. I will mostly stay in gurgaon from Sunday night to Thursday morning.
