Hi, U can google garden villa, vanasthalipuram in google for the excat locaiton of the house, it is a 3 BHK house and mostly it is accupied by guests as it is a homestay, at the moment I am looking for long term tennats for the backside portion of the house, which contains a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, please note that though the bathroom is private it is located externally, and once again the listing is ONLY for a private bedroom and a private kitchen which is fully furnished with a queen bed, tables, chairs, gas stove, utensils etc…. NOT for the entire 3 BHK VILLA.
THERE r no long term roomies, only short term as the house has been converted as a homestay so you will see other guests there, it is a 3 BHK independent house built on 400 sq yards of land with more than 250 square yards of space left out for the garden, so if you are a nature lover then do welcome . You will ONLY share the garden the rest all is totally private.
