Cleanliness included. 24 hours water and electricity. For food, nearby very economical dhaba/restaurant or reliable home cooked food as a tiffin services can be availed. Other boys staying are professionals and students with zero disturbance. No brokerage as I am the owner of the property.

Working professionals, quiet and very organized. Smoking, loud music, partying, overnight guests and drinking is not allowed in the house.
