The room can be availed on twin sharing or independent basis on first come first basis. It is on top floor with ample verandah. A common kitchen is available. Peaceful atmosphere, family environment, drinking and smoking not allowed. Facilities like fan, cooler, geyser, beds, study table, cupboards, refrigerator included in the rent. Cleanliness included. 24 hours water and electricity. For food, nearby very economical dhaba/restaurant or reliable home cooked food as a tiffin services can be availed. Other boys staying are professionals and students with zero disturbance. No brokerage as I am the owner of the property.
About the roomies
Working professionals, quiet and very organized. Smoking, loud music, partying, overnight guests and drinking is not allowed in the house.
