Maid Salary: ₹3,500 for a single person (2-time cooking). When shared, it will be around ₹4,000–₹5,000, to be divided equally.

Expenses: Electricity, groceries, and maid salary to be shared equally

Additional Space: An extra separate room and washroom on the upper staircase for storage or guest use

Parking: Bike parking available
