It is a 1BHK but there is enough space in living room too to put a bed. I have stayed here before with two room mates.
Why prefer this? You get everything right below the home. The medical store, groceries, Top in town, eateries, vegetable market, doctor.
In 800 mts you can access the market which has clothes, services, everyday items and all needs covered.
It is gated stay with 24x7 security guard and cameras. Families also stay here. No restriction on time to walk in and out .
Wardrobe is available. Sofa and wifi connection taken Geisure ( hot water available) Gas, stove and fridge available All kitchen utilities available. You just need to move in with your bag.
