I am looking for a roommate for my room. It is a 2bhk Apartment in which 1 room is vacant with attached washroom and all amenities are available like TV, Fridge, Washing Machine etc. House is located exactly opposite to a park. Just need to buy a new bed and mattress if needed for you, rest all amenities are available in the house. Owner is not available in the building so no restrictions or problems. In the picture the bed and wardrobe with mirror is brought by the previous roommate so don’t include it with the room.

I lived here in this Apartment for more than 2 years and roommates who have stayed here before never had any issue with the house or from the owners. I give space to the roommate who stays here , no restrictions or hassle. You can enjoy your space and feel as if it is your house.
