Indipendent house with double bedroom and open terrace, 1 room is rented out and other room is for sharing, they can plan their beddings and other stuff over there other than that all other facilities i.e, (washing machine, kitchen, wifi, full-gated, cctv & power backup, tv, fridge, ac, parking, balcony & seperate bathroom are available.) Cooking you can help yourself or can take mess near by on weekdays, and weekends we’ll cook. Area is bit outer for city peoples but those who prefer peaceful environment around, pets and the calm atmosphere away from all those traffic and other stuff will match the vibe perfectly

I’m staying here with a pack of dogs. So People who are comfortable around dogs on free-rome, don’t mind fur flying around the house, cooking non veg and don’t mind partying around with respectable boundaries are most welcome. I prefer responsible roommates with shared commitments in common since I have dogs around its mandatory for their safety as it’s not just sharing as roomie, more like coexistence among and treating as their home and their pets. Immediate shifting can be done & prior notice of 3 months before moving out is mandatory at any cost.
