Indipendent house with double bedroom, 1 room is for sharing with all other facilities (washing machine, kitchen, wifi, full-gated, cctv & powerbackup, tv, fridge, ac, parking). Area is bit outer with peaceful environment around.

I’m staying alone here with dogs and 1 more bedroom is empty for all alone, sharing with kitchen, hall, balcony & open terrace also they have seperate bathroom. People who are comfortable around dogs on free-rome within the house and people who don’t mind partying around with respectable boundaries are most welcome. House chores are done by maid which is of maintenance charges will be divided among us alone with other bills. Immediate shifting can be done & prior notice of 3 months before moving out is mandatory.
