Hi! Looking for a female flatmate for a very nicely built, clean and organized flat shared between 4 girls (4bhk), located in Swarna Jayanti Apartments, Sector 54, Gurgaon. It’s located 100 meters away from the main Golf Course Road and Rapid Metro Sector 54 Metro station. Rent for the independent room is INR 14300, security is for 2 months and it’s available starting April 04.

• Facilities in the room – huge storage space (3 cupboards and bed box), double bed with a new comfortable mattress, AC (with sub meters), geyser, bed side table/drawer, dressing table, covered balcony and attached big washroom (shared with one girl).

• Facilities in the house – cook (3 times meals), cleaning maid, fridge, WiFi, washing machine, gas pipeline (around 3.5- 4k/ month). One time set up charges of INR 1800. Electricity back up in the flat and vegetables/ groceries vary in terms of cost. Non veg cooking beyond eggs is not allowed. One car parking is also available.
