Large living room with a common balcony and kitchen and a utility space. Fully setup Kitchen including Stove, Gas cylinder. Washing machine & fridge (rented)are already installed.

We also do have a cute little shihtzu in the house🐶🐾

Maintenance (2500/3 = 834), Maid charges: (3000/3 = 1000),Electricity, Cylinder, Rented appliances (Fridge & washing machine), Wi-Fi, Water bill are shared equally.

One-time Set-up Cost (stove, cylinder, essentials, Clothes drying stand): ₹2290 (can be collected from your replacement)

RO Advance: ₹1500/3 (refundable/transferable)
