I am a PhD Scholar. I am living in a 2RK + Terrace Property. I am looking for a Flatmate/ Co-Resident. My preferred choices are, working professional or at least a Post-graduate or Scholar. When I came to this property it was absolutely raw. I myself have bought the Bed, Almirah, Refrigerator, Mattresses, Kitchen equipment, utensils etc. I am planning to buy a washing machine and later AC. I am happily willing to share everything if you need to. If you have your own belongings, bring them, or if you wanna buy your stuff, you can, or if you want a fully furnished room, I can do that with little extra money every month. The only thing I expect from my flatmate is that he should be decent, humble and polite. An Aunty comes every morning to cook food, only once a day. She charges 1400/-. We can talk to her for your food too.
