I’m looking for a female(Strictly Female only) roommate, preferably a working professional, to share a spacious 3 floor villa in a peaceful, upcoming gated society.

The villa is around 300 sq. yards with 4 bedrooms, so there’s plenty of space and privacy. The rent is ₹60,000 for the entire property, and I’ve already paid a 2-month security deposit.

I’m looking for just one person to move in, as I’d prefer to keep the house uncrowded and comfortable.

I am looking for someone clean and responsible, respectful of shared spaces and personal boundaries, someone who appreciates a peaceful, low drama home. Preferably a working professional Someone who is comfortable with a shared home rather than a party house setup.

I’m a working professional and work remotely, so I spend quite a bit of time at home. I’m fairly easygoing and mostly keep to myself. I’m respectful of people’s privacy and boundaries and expect the same in return. I’m not much of a party person and generally prefer a quiet, clean and peaceful home. I like having my own space and giving others theirs, without getting involved in each other’s business. At the same time, I’m definitely not antisocial. I enjoy going out, exploring the city, trying new places and doing things when I have the right company. So ideally, I’m looking for someone who has a similar mindset: independent, respectful, clean, easygoing and considerate, and who wants the house to feel like a comfortable home rather than a constant social space.
