• Utility bills are separate.

Charges

• Electricity: ₹8 per unit.
• Electricity (with AC): ₹10 per unit.
• RO Drinking Water: ₹250 per month.
• LPG (Cooking Gas): Charges as per actual usage.
• Visit Charge: ₹500 (adjustable in the rent if the room is finalized).

Payment Terms

• One month’s advance rent + one month’s security deposit is required before move-in.

Optional Appliance Charges

If you wish to use any of the following appliances, the respective monthly charges will apply. An additional refundable security deposit of ₹4,000 is required for appliance usage.

Tenant Eligibility

• Only female tenants are allowed.
• UPSC aspirant girls will be given preference.

House Rules

• Family stay is not allowed.
• Friends are not allowed.
• Male visitors, including family members and friends, are not allowed inside the premises.
• Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
• Silence must be maintained during study and sleeping hours.
• Cleaning the kitchen and bathroom after every use is mandatory.
• Bathroom cleaning charges must be paid separately.
• Personal belongings must not be used without prior permission.
• Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
• Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Dispose of garbage only in the designated area and keep all common areas clean.

Move-in & Vacating Policy

• A valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory before move-in. Police verification may also be required.
• A one-month notice is mandatory before vacating the room.
• The security deposit will be refunded within 7–15 days after vacating, after deducting any pending dues or charges for damages.
• The tenant will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused to the furniture, appliances, fixtures, or the property during their stay.
