• female flatmate required, could be college student/working professional
• i don’t mind smoking/drinking/boyfriends coming over etc
• no preference for veg/nonveg — just clean the kitchen once done cooking to avoid infestations
• few common groceries can be split, stuff like salt sugar etc, but otherwise i prefer keeping my own expenses separate
• the only thing is the building owner just doesnt want noise complaints, u can have people over even in the night and all, no restrictions about that.
• 2 common washing machines on the terrace with a few drying strings attached, but i am thinking of getting a drying rack that can be kept in the hall
• i do have a flatmate at the moment but she would like 2 weeks notice if you are interested; ideally would want someone to confirm asap and move in by August. (she’s moving out because its inconvenient for her for her work)
• also have 2 flats w friends upstairs in the building itself, so there is some support system in case of emergencies
• lease is till April 2027
