About the house: This is a fully furnished 2BHK. You’ll get a separate private room.

- New washing machine
- Water purifier
- UPS/inverter
- Gas stove + induction stove
- Rice cooker + all necessary cooking utensils
One room already has a king-size cot and mattress. You can just move in with your suitcase.
Rent & Deposit:
- Rent: ₹15,000/month (negotiable)
- Advance: ₹30,000 (negotiable)
- Minimum stay: 6 months
- Notice: 1 month. 1 month’s rent will be deducted from advance when you vacate.
Bills excluded (to be shared):
- WiFi
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Maid charges,Cook (optional, we can hire if you’re okay)
Note: Tenant should maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Looking for someone neat and responsible.
