Unsubscribe from email alerts

If you have finished your search and are no longer looking for a room or roomie then visit your dashboard and click on "deactivate my account", which will deactivate your listings, stop emails and make your account dormant for the next time you use it.

If you are still searching but do not want to receive listings via email, then you can do this in account settings. To go into your account settings, visit your dashboard and locate the "Edit Account" button. From there, you can scroll down to the bottom to the "Listing Alerts" section.
